In one of his music videos, he wore foreign designer sneakers and belts but nothing from his label and this left many thinking his clothing line had collapsed.
During his album launch, he was quizzed by Zionfelix, a renowned radio personality and blogger as to why he’s stopped wearing his own collections and this what he had to say;
I wanted to do a photoshoot with Sark Collections and push them but unfortunately at the time we were shooting the videos, we didn’t have the new ones yet, that’s why I couldn’t have anything to put in there but that does not mean I have stopped wearing them.
Sarkodie’s fifth studio album, “Highest” will be out on September 8 this year.
“Highest” is a collection of 15 songs, 3 interludes and a bonus track – 19 tracks in total as displayed on the official album tracklist.
It’s an incredible collection of solid Hip-Hop and Afro-Beats cuts that are set to push him even further into the international stratosphere.
